We are currently accepting application for the following PT positions:
 

Part Time Operations (Set up/Tear down labor)

Perform general physical labor associated with set up and break down for events i.e. laying turf, installing basketball floor, making ice. Maintain locker room areas.  Make repairs as directed by the Changeover Foreman.

Requires ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Job requires the ability to work inside and outside in possible adverse weather conditions. Heavy lifting is required

Show exceptional work ethic. Be able to follow instructions. Must be able to work well with new and current employees. HS diploma/GED preferred. Must have access to reliable transportation.

Guest Services Representative

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Ensure that patrons enter and exit the building in an orderly fashion.  Scan tickets using the Ticketmaster scanning devices. Maintain clear aisle at all times. Direct patron location requests. Communicate to Security Supervisor any patron actions that may be disruptive or inappropriate.  This position works events at the Times Union Center and the hours are primarily nights and weekends.  

Prior customer services experience required. HS Diploma/GED also required.
