Floor access is only available for patrons with a ticket in GAPIT sections.  Floor is standing - no seats. 

Patrons with GASEAT sections will not be permitted on the floor. 

Upper level seating is ticketed with designated seats.

Patrons with general admission tickets may start lining up at 8am on Friday, April 21 outside of the Times Union Center administrative offices located on Market Street.  You may not bring in the following items: flags, banners or signs, outside food/beverages, weapons of any kind, backpacks, ipads.  This is not an exhaustive list.  If you have a question regarding a specific item, you may call us during normal business hours, 9am-5pm, at 518-487-2000.
